I was first introduced to the world of editing eight years ago, during my sophomore year of high school in an Audio and Visual Production class. I was instantly hooked—the realization that I could craft entire stories in the palm of my hand was next-level. What began as a hobby quickly became a lasting passion, one that’s stayed with me ever since.

Wheeler Theatre

As a proud Troupe #4125 alum, I was honored to produce marketing video series for their 2021 and 2022 musicals—each one documenting the incredible work that goes into staging a show from start to finish.

It was Ms. Day—my theatre teacher during and after high school—who gave me the push I didn’t know I needed. She saw something in me long before I did, and her encouragement was the turning point that led me to explore filmmaking more seriously.

My first series, titled The Rehearsal, was created for their production of Footloose. Using a mockumentary format, I crafted short episodes that highlighted key elements of the rehearsal journey.

My second series, The Making of Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, adopted a more serious documentary tone, focusing on in-depth coverage of each stage of the production.

Alongside producing the mini-series, I was also entrusted with creating professional show recordings for productions including:
Into the Woods (2021), Footloose (2021), Sweeney Todd (2022),
The Witch’s Princess (2022), and the fall showcase, What I Did For Love (2022).

ADTS with Solutionz

I had the remarkable opportunity to intern as a film assistant with this company, where I created videos highlighting the perks of the Adoption and Digital Training Services team. This experience challenged me to explore the more corporate side of filmmaking, where storytelling meets strategy and clarity is just as important as creativity.

This introductory video is one example of how I developed my skills in professional marketing and corporate storytelling.

Just for Fun!

At 16, I bought my first film camera—a Canon PowerShot G7X Mark II—and fell in love with vlogging.

These are just a few examples of how I used vlogging as a space to experiment, express myself, and grow as a storyteller.
